Dropped ADSL Line

I wondered if someone could give me some help..

I use my ADSL connection to host a work WAP site but the occassionally the
line drops and won't reconnect without a reboot. Is there anything
programwise that will detect this and automatically reboot windows?

Update the firmware in the WAP.

Also, post in the alt.internet.wireless NG.
