Drop Down Selection on Save

Hi There

At the moment whenever I save a document with a dropdown field selection, it
reopens with the dropdown list reset. Is there any way of saving a document
with the selection and having it open in the same state?

Try tabbing out of the field first.

Thanks for the quick response, unfortunately I've tried that and the drop
down is still reset when the doc is reopened.

Is your dropdown in a protected form? Was it inserted using the Forms
toolbar (not the Controls Toolbox)? Is the document actually protected? What
happens to other kinds of form fields in your document?
