Drop Down Menus

My drop-down menus disppeared two days ago and they don't
appear on-screen until I move my cursor over where they
SHOULD be under normal circumstances. Any ideas on what
might be causing this?

Hi Jared,

This may be due the "Fade" option in Performance section. Or, the software
that came with your video card.
