Drop down menus in FrontPage

Am I missing something?
Can I create a drop down menu in Frontpage that has
content text with links to outside web addresses?

Thanks for help with this.

Yes, but requires the use of JavaScript to function.

Do a search in your IE address bar:

? JavaScript Jump Menu script
