Fancy link bars / buttons / drop down menus

A lot of web sites have more proffessional looking buttons and menus than
the standard templates in FrontPage provide. Is there a way of easily
creating these buttons/menus as link bars in FrontPage? Where do you read up
more about this subject? What are these drop down graphic menus called in
FrontPage?
