Drop down menus

I have been looking at some of the sample sites on the Microsoft customer
gallery. One of the sites, http://www.cfg1.com/, has some drop down menus.
For example, click on 'About CFG' and another menu drops down offering other
choices. I am very new to FrontPage and was wondering if anybody could tell
me how to achieve this effect. If there are any online tutorials I'd be
grateful if somebody could point me to them. Many thanks.
