Drop Down Menu

Can anyone please tell me how to create a drop down menu
with FrontPage 2002? I have tried to do it using
the "forms" option, but I do not want a submit button or
anything of that kind. I just want to click on the word
and get other options that pertain to that subject.

Example:

Map > East >
West>
Click to expand...

etc.

I will be forever gratefu for your help.

creating drop down menus for website navigation.
