Drop down hover menu

I am trying to create a drop down hover menu and I believe I can not do it
from FrontPage. Can anyone give me a good webpage that explains the code I
have to use? I already have a menu on the website, but on one of the menus, I
want to be able to show 3 sub-menus (mouse over or mouse click)
