Drop Down Menus on Home Page

Am new FP user. Can I create those handy auto-drop down menus that are now
standard on so many home pages? I see the drop down option with the little
down arrow but don't want that.

I want the drop down to appear when the curser hovers over the menu item.

Can I do this in FP 2003?

I am working in Front Page and I tried using this link to make the drop down
menus. They seem to work - I can Preview them fine, but on the Design screen
nothing comes up at all. I am wondering if I didn't do the upload navcond.js
correctly, as it doesn't seem to work either when I preview in a browser.
Can someone explain to me exactly how I upload the navcond.js to my webpage?

Just import it into the root of your web, then you will need to create a absolute URL to it. A
absolute URL is:

http://www.yourdomainname.com/navcond.js
