Is there a way in the drop down form to be able to type the first letter of
anything in the drop down list to have it show up in stead of using the mouse
to drop down the list and select it with a mouse click

Is there a way in the drop down form to be able to type the first
letter of anything in the drop down list to have it show up in stead
of using the mouse to drop down the list and select it with a mouse
click

Tab into the dropdown field, press Alt+down arrow to open the list, and type
the letter. If two or more entries start with the same letter, the list will
stay open and you can press the same letter again to go to the next one,
then press Enter or Esc or Tab.
