Drives Missing

I don't know about the partition but you may want to start by setting your
time.

We had a power short this afternoon which shut our pc down. When I turned
our pc back on, it booted to the desktop ok ....main drive (c) (A) and both
cd drives (normal and writer) are fine ...... but 2 other drives are not
showing.
Husb had a look with Partition Manager and its saying that the partitions
are overlapped.
I would like to know, if I did a system restore from yesterday will it
restore the 2 missing drives as well?
My OS is XP Home. Hoping someone might be able to help
