Drives listed twice

I have a situation where all my drives are listed twice.
If you run mountvol then the second instance of the disks
are listed by GUID.

Interestingly Disk Manager see the correct number of
volumes but defrag does not.

Any ideas
 
What third-party toolsets do you have installed, and,
do any of these include disk tools ?
