Driversigning

On our Windows 2000 clients the driversigning is set to ignore. Even with
this configuration the users is prompt to say no or yes when installing an
usb unit (cant find digital signature).

Any idea why this is happening?

Because the driver installer itself is calling for the "yes" or
"no"...........
 
This didn't happen before. The question what changens could have trigged this
(application, GPO, ActiveX). The drivers are the same.
