Yes it is motherbord soundcard, but manufacturer - Cyrix
doesnt exist. So...
Im looking ...

When I did a google search it didnt show any drivers for winxp. Having said
that yr mb site should have any winxp drivers, if available.

I think you'll find its a win2k driver not winxp
