When I hook up my mustek camera, the mass storage device
G: comes up, when I select to copy the files, the system
freezes and I can't copy the files to the hard drive. I
have had an error message that said the i/o device has an
error. Any suggestions??? I also have a canon and had
no problem with the software and retreiving my photos???
