Hi
Can anyone please help me? I have a EI System laptop with windows XP,
The problem is i have re-installed Windows XP Professional version 2002
, now i haven't used it for a couple of weeks but now my dvd-ram will
not work (Mat****a dvd-ram, uj-811), and i am getting yellow icons next
to Video Controller, Universal serial bus controller, Pci Modem,
Multimedia Audio Controller, and Sm Bus Controller (All saying drivers
not installed) , i have tried to re-install windows again but "no dvd
drive" to read the disk, The Device Manager says that the DVD-Rom is
working properly , i have tried to conect to the internet but i can't
install the modem, please please please can anyone help me
 
You need to get the drivers from your Laptop site, specific to the model
ie chipset and other hw drivers
