Drivers Problem

I just installed a new harddisk on a BDC (win2k server)
upon boot, all drivers (VGA, NIC, Sound...) were lost.
it happened also with me last month on a PDC and domain
stopped working, and to start all from scratch
Problem occurs when adding harddisk, or changing anything
in the BIOS
