DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE

Hi,
I am running PCanywhere 11 on my Tecra 8200 notebook and when I installed
the updated patch from Symantec I get this blue screen on shutdown and the
system restarts, I have installed it on my desktop without any problems and
have no idea why it is causing me problems on the notebook, I have all the
latest BIOS and updates from Toshiba and Windows updates from Microsoft,
Symantec is not sure why this is happening, anyone here have any idea's?

Does removing the update resolve the issue? If so, have Symantec look at
the memory.dmp.
