Driver_Power_State_Failure

I have an ASUS P4C800 with 2.8ghz and 800FSB with 512megs
memeory. The computer just started hanging on shut down
and gives a "Driver_Power_State_Failure" blue screen. I
went to Microsoft database...unfortunately their
explanation is Greek to me. Even the use of the Driver
Verifier (verifier.exe) was not understandable. The
message is:
***Stop: 0x000000xPF (0x00000002, 0x820507E0, 0x8205B7D0,
0x00000000) Driver_Power_State_Failure.
How do I figure out what driver is causing the problem?
By-the-way, could the following error that I get when I go
to Admin tools-Event Viewer have anything to do with the
blue screen?

Event Type: Error
Event Source: Ftdisk
Event Category: None
Event ID: 49
Date: 7/10/2003
Time: 6:23:44 PM
User: N/A
Computer: STAN-107C7C526F
Description:
Configuring the Page file for crash dump failed. Make sure
there is a page file on the boot partition and that is
large enough to contain all physical memory.
