Driver problems

When I hook up my GZMG35 video camera to my laptop it is recognized when it
is turned on. However I can not find it under “My Computerâ€. It does
connect viva USB port. I can see it in the “Device Manager†under a USB hub.
It says though that the drivers are not installed. I can’t find drivers
for it at the JVC website; the CD with the camera only has the program to
edit videos. Cyber Link the software maker say they don’t load the drivers
on the CD. JVC says they don’t do software for the camera. Any ideas on
what to do?

Is that the GZ-MG35U model? If so, the .pdf file mentions that after
inserting the usb cable, with XP it's identified as a removable disk
(pg. 14).

If the Removable Disk window doesn't appear, see steps 1 and 2 on page 14.
