Driver IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Sometimes but often when I running an application, the
blue screen appear that said Driver
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. At the end of message, the driver
that caused this error is atapi.sys.
How can I solve this problem ? Anyone can help me ?
