STOP error caused by a device driver...

I sure hope someone can help me!

I keep getting the blue screen w/STOP errors. When I send
the error report to Microsoft, they say the error was
caused by a device driver.

Part of the STOP error reads:

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL STOP: 0xD1 and sometimes USBPORT.SYS
is also shown.

The only changes I've made recently was changing my
printer. I uninstalled a Lexmark X73 & installed an HP
1100, which I also ended up uninstalling.

Any help?!

Thanks,
Fun

Hi,

This problem is clearly caused by a driver conflict. Please download and
install the latest drivers for all your hardware, including your that for
your system board's chipset.

If you have not installed Windows XP SP1, please do so.

Best of luck,

Prasad
