driver in geode

I have a problem with installing sound driver in Windows
Xp Profesionall no module ESM - 2410. Driver after few
reboots unloads itself and does'nt working properly.
Driver version is
5.00.1959.1
sound card is Cyrix XpressAudio WDM
Tanx for any help
