Driver.cab - add new drivers

Our organisation wants to add signed drivers of new developed hardware for
all our XP Pro workstations. When users attach USB devices like printers /
phones etc, XP Pro WKS must be able to install corresponding driver
automatically.

Is there something like a monthly updated driver.cab file - or-
Is there an internet location from which you can download (consolidated) new
XP hardware drivers?
