Drive space indication discrepancy

Why is it that on my defrag window, drive free space is
14.978 GBytes. But from the explorer it is only 14.5
GBytes. Is this normal? If not, what should I do?

You will see small differences like this using different programs. It is
totally normal and on a larger drive could even be 1 or 2 gig.
