I go to My computer, right click on a CD ROM drive, say
D: and creat a shortcut. This shortcut on the desktop
will work for awhile and then when I click it the message
says can't find the drive. I notice this happens on all
the computers I work on. Any solution?

Open Control Panel > Add/Remove programs and uninstall the WindowsUpdate
hotfix "821557"
