Drive renamed

My F drive for CDs has changed to K drive. How did this happen and is it
harmful. I did not mess with anything to get it this way.
 
Hi,

Not harmful, and there's no way of knowing what you did to change it. To
change it back, click start/run and type diskmgmt.msc, then click ok.
Right-click the drive from here for the option to change the drive letter.
