Drive letters

For some reason all of a sudden my drive letters are all messed up my
harddrive was "C" now its "I" and my disk drives are messed up to i did a
virus scan and nothing and an adware scan and also nothing. Is there a way i
can change the letters back?

Right click My Computer, Manage, double click Disk Management in Storage
branch, maximise your window and you should see all your drives including
optical and hdd's. Right click on the drive you want to change.

Mine were changed a long time ago, probably by some third party program; I
have tried this solution before but I cant change the drive letters as I get
a warning "cannot change system or boot drives". my bootlog is on drive 'c'
which is a partition without an OS, and my OS (WinXP) is on drive 'h' and I
cannot change either.
I would like a solutiopn also.
