I have just loaded Windows XP onto a new system. I have
three optical drives, one Zip drive & two 80.0Gb HDD's
each paritioned in two. The partition with Windows XP was
labelled as G: Drive by the systm. I am trying to change
it to C: Drive.
I have used Disk Management to change the naming of the
other drives to a more logical sequence but Disk
Management does not allow me to change G: Drive to change
to C: Drive. Message as follows:
"Windows can not modify the drive letter of your system
volume or boot volume"
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
