Drive C access

I have heard on the Internet that Windows XP does not let
you access Drive C. Is there a way to make Windows XP
allow you to access Drive C.

Click START, scroll up to MY COMPUTER (should be on right
side of Start list). Double Click on the C Drive. I've
never heard of any Windows version not allowing C Drive
access.
Just because it's on the internet, doesn't mean it's true.
