Dreamweaver and Vista problem

Hey

I am having a problem with Dreamweaver on B2 - it worked for a while but
now as soon as I open it "vanishes" from the main window and the
taskbar - the only way to see it running is to Ctrl-Alt-Del and see it's
process in task manager.

Anyone else had this problem or seen a fix around?

I have seen this behavior with another program on previous builds of Vista.
Be sure to give MS feedback on it.

Was the same for me. I finally decided to go back to Dreamweaver Mx 2004 and
it works perfectly.

I had the same problem. Renaming the Dreamweaver configuration folder
(C:\Users\"YOUR USERNAME"\AppData\Roaming\Macromedia\Dreamweaver
8\Configuration ) causes Dreamweaver to create a new folder when it starts,
this worked for me.

Try remaing your configuration file for Dreamweaver. On my machine it is
located at:
C:\Users\bronskimac\AppData\Roaming\Macromedia\Dreamweaver 8\configuration
