Drastic problems with KB932246

I have been running Vista since release. I was able to install and run
almost all of my programs with no problems (including Autocad 2007). Until
KB932246. After that update, my (preexisting) installation of Autocad 2007
became unstable. When it did work, it allowed me to edit and save the
drawing, but it corrupted it so that the drawing required recovery. After
recovery, there is very little of the drawing left. It does this repeatedly,
destroying valuable work. I have been able to use backups to recover, but
can no longer trust Autocad on this machine.

In addition to this, Vista randomly corrupts downloaded files (from IE), and
sometimes refuses to copy or open files from network drives. I have been
unable to track down a reason for why or exactly when, this occurs.

None of these problems occurred for the previous month before KB932246.
Prior to that, I was very pleased with Vista, and was looking forward to
deploying it in our Company LAN. Now, all Vista migrations are on hold for
the forseeable future until I am convinced that these problems will not
reoccur.

You have other problems because I have Autocad running fine plus the
KB932246 update.
