dragging text into google toolbar

I installed the google toolbar on IE, and used to be able
to drag text into it for a search, but somehow suddenly
lost the ability to do so!

Hmm, I just installed it for the first time. I expected I
word be able to search by simply highting a word or phrase
and clicking the search button. Nope.

The Mariam Webster Dictionary toolbar works this way.

As for dragging into the text box, mine works well. I'm
glad you mention this because I didn't realize you can do
that.

My I suggest:
Reinstalling?
Are you highlighting the word prior to dragging?

Sounds like we have the oppostite problem-- you should be
able to right click and search-- I can do that, but
somehow lost the ability to drag into either the google,
or dictinary toolbars! I'll just get used to always right
clicking instead of dragging I guess-- no problem, but
strange disappearance of functionality! reinstall didn't
help....

Have you ever tried just a plain old COPY/PASTE into Google?
