dragging files

when i drag files to a folder,its only allowing me to drag and drop 3 at the
most...then refuses to carry on with the operation.Help please!
 
Usually this kind of error can happen when you have a file open. Are these
files standard document files or are they system files? Also, where are you
trying to copy them to? It's possible that you may not have sufficient
rights to copy files to a certain directory.
