Dragging & Dropping Images into another app or desktop.

I used to have the ability to Drag & Drop images from IE
to another app(like Acdsee or Photoshop. Now I don't have
the ability. I just get the big "no/can't do it" icon.
Any ideas what could have caused the change? I reset IE
to all it's default setting but that didn't help.

Drag and Drop missing in Windows 98
It is usually a registry problem. Go to Ron Badour's site and download the
appropriate .reg file. If you need information on how to do this, see it on
