drag and drop

When I try to drag a file to different place, I don't see the shadow of the
file while I am dragging it. How can enable the shadow while dragging?
 
Tiffany, rt click on Desktop and select
Properties>Appearance>Effects>click the boxes you want and select Apply>Ok.
Also, rt click MyComputer>select
Properties>Advanced>Performance-Settings>Visual Effects. Check the boxes you
want.
