Drag and Drop e-mails to shortcuts

In Outlook 2000, I created "Other Shortcuts" in the navagation pane. I used
to be able to drag and drop email from my InBox (on a server) to my Other
shortcut (C: drive). Since I upgraded to Outlook 2003, I can't create a
folder, in the navagation pane, on my C: drive. Now I can't save email from
our server to my C: drive. Anyone know a way to do this?

Create an Outlook Data file and save it there....

Of course you can save mail to the server. You just can't create file
system shortcuts in the Navigation Pane. Instead, create a desktop shortcut
to the folder you want and drag the messages to that shortcut.
