Drag a column header here to group by that colum

When we are in outlook and we are on the inbox view we
notice a greyed out field above the pane where the email
messages in our inbox reside and the pane has the
following heading...

"Drag a column header here to group by that column".

How can we get rid of this field?

Right click the column headers and deselect Group By Box
