Drafts change fonts when the send button is pushed

A computer that has the international fonts japanese on it seems to be
changing fonts right after the Send button is pushed. The fonts are good then
when she goes to send it goes to David. we are running an XP machine with
complete updates, any Ideas of what is going on.
 
This may have to do with your mail format settings. Check it under
Tools->Options->Mail Format->International Options. Try change the encoding
options.
