Dr Watson - Error id 4097

I have run up a fresh Windows XP machine (inc. service
pack 1) loaded ARCSERVE 2000 Advanced edition (inc
service pack 4) and created a backup job. After each
morning I get a Send Error report message on screen, the
backup continues to run unless you answer the Send Error
Report dialog box. This is the second time I have
reloaded a fresh copy of XP on this machine.
Has anyone experienced this code before? If so did you
find a solution for it?
