Dr. Watson Debugger?

I've been having a problem with this program. When I boot up and login my pc
freezes. After two minutes I get a message saying that the is a problem with
Dr. Watson Debugger. The only way I can get around this blockade is to open
task manager and end the program. Is there anyone who's had this problem and
solved it. Awaiting a genius, Carlos @ (e-mail address removed)
