howcome is it that whenever i download anything from microsoft.com, i cant
install it becuase my computer can't find out who made the program, and i

Go to my computer, Right click, Click properties, Click hardware tab, Click
driver signin,Click warn prompt, or not to warn this is not recommended. The
main thing is to remove the stop all....

well, for the first response, no, i can't select yes or no, it says there is
no digital singature. and for the second response, that still didn't help.
but i found that if u save the file instead of download, it runs
