Downloads

Unable to download anything including simple stuff like
Adobe PDF Reader.
Have reset Internet Privacy and Security protocols on each
setting without any success.
Seems like something is missing??
Only recently acquired this problem.
Any help greatly appreciated.

On your internet security setting in control panel,did
you check to see if file downloads was enabled in custom
level?

What happens when you try to download, do you receive an error message, if
yes, what?

If this is a relatively recent issue, you might try using System Restore to
take you back to a time before you had this problem. Start\All
Programs\System Tools\System Restore.
