How do I know which downloads to install? I just got a
new Dell and haven't installed any of the downloads as of
yet. It says there are a total of 24 of them.

I'm going to guess - because you haven't told us what you mean - that you
are referring to Windows Update.

You should always install all security updates. The rest are up to you. Read
the description of each update and decide if you need it.
