I'm having problems downloading certain plug-ins and programs. The download suddenly stops and doesn't finish. The most recent example of this is with Java plugin 1.3.1 11 I need to download.

Thanks for the input. Download freezes from that download site too. It gets to 10% or so and just stops. This happens with other downloads also. One that comes to mind is i-tunes download. I'm beginning to suspect the problem is an operating system setting or a browser setting.
