Downloads fail

While attemping to download virus scan program from
Mcafee.com, I get a message that says "An error occured
while downloading the objects. Please ensure you click YES
when the certificate appears." "ActiveX must be enabled"
(underlined)

I click on the underlined statement, instructions on
ACtiveX settings appear, I follow the instructions, but
still get the same message when I exit IE, and then
restart and go back to the same download page. Any ideas?
