Downloads disappearing

Hello

I have been trying to download some zip files from flightsim.com. When I
select the file to download it starts downloading to a temporary File. Once
completed I cannot locate the files anywhere. When I download other types of
files, I get a save in window where I can specify the location to say the
file. How can I turn on the save in window when a download is started so I
can make changes?

Have you looked in C:\program files/fltsim? Or somewhere in the program
files folder.

Yes I have....I have also done a complete system search to no avail.

Is this happening with any ZIP file? or just this site?

In *Windows* Explorer - go to Tools > Folder Options
Click the File Types tab > scroll to and select ZIP
Click the Advanced button > be sure there is a CHECK in the box "Confirm
open after download"

Today is a new day. The files are now being saved in the Temporary Internet
Folder. How can I change the settings so I can choose where to save the
files?
