downloading

I am using xp, IE, cable connection. I just downloaded
Webshots into computer but cannot download any pictures
from the site. I get this: The data file could not be
processed because of thiserror: C:\documents and
settings\nn\local settings\temporary internet files\, etc.

then this pops up: A problem occurred extracting files
to:
C"\document~1\nn\locals~1\temp\webshots temp\

Can you explain this to me and what should I do. I used
to download all the time from Webshots with no problem,
but upgraded my Webshots account. Thanks for any help.

Try emptying your cache/temp internet files.
