I can access the internet but I can't download anything after I used a
registry cleaner. Also the menu and toolbar are missing in xp home. Help!!!

If your registry cleaner has an Undo feature use it. Then uninstall said
registry cleaner. Don't use registry cleaners.

If the registry cleaner doesn't have an Undo feature or it doesn't work,
then uninstall the registry cleaner first and then try a System Restore to
before you installed that software.
