I have somehow lost the ability to download on my WinXP
workstation. I thought it was just Adobe Acrobat files
that I wasn't able to download but now it is anything and
everything. I get an error that says, "Unable to connect
to page. Cannot download the selected file."
I was thinking that it might be the Download Manager, but
I can't find any information on the default download
utility that comes with XP. Can anyone help?
Thanks,
Gboy

I have no PtoP file sharing and my A/V is up to date,
Norton 2004. This is strictly a business machine that has
recently lost all ability to download.
Please help!

Try running these two programs. 99% of the time they find
the problems and fix them.

JRV...let me know if this helps

GBoy, he may have meant Spybot and AdAware, based on what he has said so
far. They are free downloads. They are often used in tandem, but I hope JRV
can post back to verify that!
